Indie Hair Academy exists because the hair industry has changed. Today, over 70% of the hair industry is made up of independent hairdressers including home salon owners, freelance stylists, mobile hairdressers, and rent-a-chair professionals. Yet for years, solo operators have been expected to “figure it out” alone without business training, systems, or ongoing support.
